I couldn't have asked for anything better from Julia at Rox, Edinburgh. I had a few consultations in store to discuss different engagement rings and was made to feel very welcome each and every time. Julia showed genuine interest in what I was looking for, was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on my bespoke design - I think she knew what I wanted better than I did! I never felt pressured into making a decision, and the resulting ring really is beautiful. Julia was there every step of the way and could not have done more to help.

We’ve had such a great experience picking out an engagement ring at Rox, and our consultant Kristen was amazing! We first came into the the shop a bit clueless of what We were looking for, but Kristen showed interest from the start, gave great advice and made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful. Will definitely come back when we’re ready to look for wedding bands!

Update: After my first visit, we were invited back to ROX to experience Diamonds and Thrills. The experience this time surpassed our expectations and we were so impressed that we decided to purchase a gorgeous ring. We were looked after by Chelsea the Store Manager and I was glad that we were able to go back to pick a stunning ring. Highly recommended. - Beautiful ring but terrible service. I filled a form with my details and was promised that I will be sent the details of the rings I was shown, however I never received the email. I called the store a week later to inquire. The sales person did not seem interested and was asking me what all the rings looked like and how much they were?! This information should have been provided by them! Its now been 3 weeks and I still have not received the information. Avoid and do not waste your time!

Both my husband and I have had excellent service at Rox Edinburgh. We have both bought watches from them and having had such wonderful service we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Chelsea has been the one to help us with our purchases and she has been absolutely brilliant every time. The staff are very attentive and do their best to accommodate.

We were very lucky to be met by Kristen on our recent visit to your Edinburgh store. We were making the visit just to look at wedding rings, with no date set and no intention of purchasing just yet. We were welcomed warmly, Kristen took the time to listen to what we wanted to gain from our visit. She took the care to steam clean my engagement ring and commended us on the choice of ring. Our visit was personal, relaxed and special. Kristen took a genuine interest in us and also finding out more about our holiday and travels around Scotland. We were given the details of the rings we selected and told about delivery times. Kristen was lovely and at the hotel that evening we decided to return the following day to make our order. Although we knew what we were ordering, Kristen ensured that we were still happy with our choices and sizing. We relaxed in the lounge area with a glass (or 2) of champagne, there was no time pressure and Kristen made us feel like we were her only appointment for that day. We left the store knowing we would return again in the New Year, a visit we are both looking forward to and hope to see Kristen again. The service received makes Rox stand out as an exceptional jewellers and one that is worth travelling hundreds of miles for.

Amazing service and very friendly staff. Me and my fiancé went in to buy our wedding rings and Chelsea just made this whole experience very special and magical. She was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. I actually bought the wedding ring she recommended!
