FLAWLESS Service!! The first time I visited this store I was very impressed with their staff and customer service, we purchased right away and we are thrilled. We really enjoyed the whole store experience, the different swords and knives, and just the general "feel" of the shop. I have now ordered two birthday gifts for my husband and their online customer service was absolutely STELLAR!! I had to pay for my purchase before I left on a month-long trip and requested they hold it until I got back from the trip. Not only did they hold it but they stayed in touch with me the whole way, double checking I was home and if they could ship it, and it arrived SUPER fast and perfectly! Thank you, The Knights Vault, for caring about your customers, your flawless customer service (thank you Charis!), and the quality standards you adhere to! I will DEFINITELY be back and I highly recommend you to everyone!

This is a truly amazing place. They sell mainly swords. From genuine antiques to movie replicas. The Highlander Conner MacLeod sword and Game of thrones are there as well. They also have charms and gifts. When you are touring the old town this is a "must see" shop.

Amazing customer service. Had a GoT sword shipped home to the states, it arrived damaged and they sent me a replacement sword as soon as they got it back in stock. Will certainly visit again next time I'm in Scotland.

If you want to start your day in Edinburgh start it here I cant recommend it more Shan (hopefully spelled it right) is an amazing person, she gave us super recommendations on where to visit in Edinburgh during my two days stay there I am coming back anf i will start here.
