A. M.I went to The Ringmaker in Edinburgh to get an engagement ring. I was clueless for what to expect/do. However, Francesca was so helpful in explaining the important things to look for when getting an engagement ring. She ended up designing the ring and put up with me for almost 4 hours asking questions, changing minor details in the design or starting from scratch. She was unbelievably patient and helpful. The ring she designed is beautiful and my fiancé has said we couldn’t have made a “more perfect” one if we tried. Francesca was also fantastic in making slight alterations to the ring so that it fell within my budget without compromising the design/look. Overall, I would highly recommend The Ringmaker and will definitely be going there for our wedding bands.
