Looked repeatedly at a ring in the window and today, went in and bought it. Delighted to learn the history of the antique and learned also about a ring I was wearing. Really helpful chap who runs this small jewellers and coin dealer near George Square Glasgow. I was pleasantly surprised how much he offered for some pre 1947 silver coins I had.
