This is the store my fiancé picked my engagement ring and it is beautiful. The staff here are so lovely, attentive and friendly. They really do care about their customers and do everything to help you. Jaimie helped us today find our perfect wedding bands! She remembered us from a previous visit and showed us so many possible options to chose from. She helped us find the one! We cannot thank the staff enough for all their lovely comments and help for a lovely day. 🥰

This was my first experience of purchasing from Chisholm Hunter and it was carried out by phone as I was unable to go to the branch. I received outstanding service from David during the purchase of a new wristwatch. He went out of his way to get the watch in from another branch, sent me photographs and provided an honest description. I received it by next day delivery. David was polite, professional, personable and interested. He is a credit to Chisholm Hunter.

The whole team are really friendly at The Silverburn Branch. Shez was our salesperson. Such a patient and helpful lady. The ring that initially caught my eye was sold when I went to make the purchase with my daughter for her birthday. She helped us to whittle it down to another beautiful ring. We decided to put a deposit on it, to give some time to consider that it was the correct decision. On returning to pay and collect the ring, I noticed the original one was back in stock! Shez, yet again was so helpful and made the whole process, even with changing our minds such an easy and lovely experience. Ring ordered in the correct size, now collected and my daughter is absolutely delighted. The presentation throughout the time spent in the branch was flawlessly top quality. Thanks to all the welcoming staff, but I would highly recommend Shez to help anyone select their next jewellery piece. Amazing service by Henry! He is so lovely to us and helped us pick up a few different meaningful pieces of jewellery including our wedding bands and bridal earrings. Thw manager was also so nice to us and accommodating. We had our baby daughter with us who was only a newborn at the time and all of the staff in the shop were kind to us and supportive even when our baby was crying (a lot!). Bought a new wedding ring as my original ring was wearing a bit thin. Just want to say the service I received from Emma was excellent, nothing was too much of a problem for her, and everyone was so pleasant and friendly. My new wedding ring fits perfect, my original eternity and engagement rings were both rhodium and platinum dipped and look like brand new I’m so delighted. I would certainly recommend Chisholm Hunter to friends and family, Emma made the whole experience easy and straight forward for me, it makes shopping much more enjoyable.

I purchased a Tudor watch for myself and also one for my wife to commemorate a milestone birthday. This was my first introduction to not only the Tudor brand but Chisholm Hunter. I was greeted from the moment I walked into the store and assisted by David who was extremely welcoming. David offered a service like no other and went above and beyond to make my buying experience a memorable one. He shared a great knowledge and passion for watches spending a lot of time with myself. After purchasing my own he had to place a special order for my wife's watch. He updated me throughout the waiting period and when my wife received her watch she was extremely pleased. Today my husband collected his anniversary gift from Chisolm and Hunter , Silverburn. This has been entirely an excellent experience. We first visited the store 3 months ago and Emma was extremely knowledgable and helpful. David has communicated to me regularly regarding when the watch would arrive. Not only did he let me know progress, but also followed this up by contacting Tudor. As an additional gift I purchased an additional strap, which was to remain a secret. I loved the genuine interest in our anniversary celebrations and asking how they went. Today was a lovely experience and we were served by David who is superb. There is a lovely atmosphere in the shop and every staff member is friendly and professional. They have a sound knowledge of what they sell and demonstrate a passion for it. There is no hard sales or any pressure. I would highly recommend the shop. Not only stunning jewellery, but the staff who make you feel welcome and valued.
