J.Was in to buy an engagement ring which turned into 6 trips in 2 weeks due to resizing and changing of the ring and then returning it sadly but all due care, patience and professionalism by the staff especially Denise who is a treasure to the Silverburn store, the girl is absolutely wonderful at her job and you guys should keep her there permanently as she remembers you even by name when you've been in before and always shows true professionalism and due care to find you the right product. Top marks to Denise if I could give 6 stars I would as she is one of the best retail assistants I have ever come across over the years. Other mentions to Marisa and Ross who were helpful over that fortnight as well.

K. G.The staff here work hard, but nothing is ever a problem. I had an issue with a bracelet that was ordered online from H. Samuel. The staff were sympathetic and did there best to help.
My husband paid £1,000 for a white gold and diamond bracelet. Only to be discovered when I took it in to be resized the bracelet had neither diamonds or white gold ( it was infact zirconia and silver)
The shop dealt with it and got it corrected. It did take over a month however and no apology with the correct bracelet returned in a bag. Not even the box the fake one came in! So 5* to H. Samuel shop for dealing with the issue and 1* to head office for the lack of apology, explanation and time taken to deal with it.
