I.I purchased a new Maurice lacroix watch today from David at James Porter & Son in Glasgow.
Absolutely 1st class service, really nice people and very attentive, very trusting, I had 3 watches out along with different straps, I took my time and made my choice along with another strap colour. No pressure at all to buy. Honestly really great guys and they know about watches, In terms of quality of service whilst in the shop its got to be 10/10. David who served me is a great guy and if I wanted another watch I'd go back and buy from him. If you want a new watch go speak to these guys, honestly they are the best.

I am a multiple-repeat customer of James Porter & Son, specifically their watch department. They offer a great range of very interesting watch brands that stand out from the usual brands stocked by high street jewellers.
I cannot recommend purchasing through them highly enough. Their customer service is impeccable. I have purchased over the phone, via the website and also through direct messages on their social media channels. Each transaction has been flawless, very quickly dispatched and delivered next day. Every watch ordered comes pre-sized to fit straight from the box and is always set to the right time and date so you can simply pop it on the wrist and go - a really significant little extra touch.
Allan and Simon are extremely knowledgable, friendly and most of all trustworthy. Whether you are spending £30 or £3000 - I trust them implicitly.
The fact I live in Southern England and prefer to buy all my watches online from James Porter & Son in Glasgow is testament to how highly I rate this business. Shopping with James Porter & Son is a genuine 5-star experience.
