When we decided to get engaged the only thing we were certain of was that Katie Lees should be the designer/maker to go to as we had long admired her beautiful geometric collections. From the get go we knew this was the best decision; prompt, professional and friendly correspondence followed by informative and enjoyable consultations. Katie was able to creatively advise and involve us (a completely clueless couple) in the design process whilst making it relaxing and informative. Together we developed a plan to incorporate heirloom jewellery from both sides of our families into a series of bespoke, contemporary, unique rings for our engagement and wedding. Katie's excellent communication meant that we were kept in the loop at all times and we loved being able to see/hear about our rings each step of the way. Not only was this exciting, but educational and fun. We looked forward to our appointments and felt connected to our rings; it made it feel more unique and personal as we were able to input but had Katie's suggestions and expertise to keep us right. Katie was accomodating and able to adapt and work to a tight deadline. We cannot recommend Katie's amazing skills and aesthetic enough - it not only resulted in well crafted, elegant, and seriously cool statement rings but fantastic memories that we will stay with us. Katie Lees created our wedding rings and exceed all expectations. She matched up to the glowing recommendation of a friend who's engagement and wedding rings she had made. For me, she used two of my grandmother's rings to create a bespoke wedding ring, using all the gold and diamonds. For my husband she made a unique matt-finish silver wedding band. When I first went to meet Katie, she spent an hour getting to know me and want I would like. She put a lot of time, care and detail into the planning, design and creation of the rings. We are very pleased and would highly recommend!

Designing bespoke jewellery with Katie is an absolutely pleasurable experience and wearing the outcome is thrilling. From start to finish Katie ensures first class attention to detail. Her workshop in Glasgow is a wee treasure and her relaxed manner makes it all so easy - her little dog is simply gorgeous too! We have went back time and again to Katie for rings, for a necklace pendant for a gift and then lately Katie outdid herself with amazing gem stone ear cuffs - totally one of a kind! For service, style and value for money we would definitely recommend Katie Lees!
