I have to say this was one of my best jewelry buying experiences ever! My fiancé had found his wedding band in here a month earlier and he made an appointment to purchase it on Saturday. He also found a wedding band for me but wasn’t sure that I would like it. We went to our appointment with Fiona T. and she was amazing! She was professional yet fun and we had a great time chatting and confirming everything. Of course, I loved the ring she had shown my fiancé and we walked away with both of them. They treated us like royalty and everyone in the store was great! We laughed so much and had way more fun than I ever thought I could have at a jewelry purchase. We felt completely at home and taken care of. We will come here first for any future jewelry needs - thanks to Fiona and team. 🙏🏼✨

Was in today and purchased an omega seamaster. Incredible customer service. I was served by Mary who couldn't do enough and was so helpful. Its her last day in the shop as she is moving store so was lucky to be served by her. So helpful she let me try various models on until I found the right one. My wife was served with bubbly which kept her happy as she can't understand why I spend ridiculous money on watches but hey ho. Thanks again and highly recommend will be back.

Mappin & Webb is a great shop to make a purchase from, everything from start to finish is exceptional, from the helpful security guard to the expertise of the staff! James was on hand to give great advice with my first purchase from the shop. I find when entering jewellers trying to make purchases I am never taken seriously due to my age however this was not the case. James gave me as much time and advise as I needed and hence making me make a trip from Liverpool to Glasgow. No question is too small to ask. Great experience from start to finish would definitely recommend.(I ADVISE YOU TO ASK FOR JAMES HE IS EXCEPTIONAL AT HIS PROFESSION!) Thanks again!

Visited the Glasgow store yesterday. I had got a knot in a necklace . Marcos was extremely helpful and pleasant . Lorraine was able to fix the necklace in the shop. It was a very quick and efficient service . Highly recommend.

Visited this store on Saturday with my sister she was purchasing a ring. We were met by John one of the sales assistants, he was great,so professional yet warm and welcoming. We had a couple of glasses of Champagne and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about our purchase and various other items of jewellery in the store. Always friendly and helpful, a nice shop to drop into and wander round. There’s an upstairs as well, with a range of different items, mostly non jewellery. I’ve been in quite a few times and always found it a good place to go. Today went in and bought a watch, a bit by accident! Declan’s sales skills were to fault, I think! Don’t be I intimidated by the locked door, go in.

Today I’ve had a really pleasant experience visiting Mappin & Webb Argyll Arcade in Glasgow. The attendant man at entrance respectfully reminded me the covid19 rules. There i was kindley met by the saleswoman, a nice young woman named Ian. Explaining to her that im not there to buy anything from their window but want just to express my interest for a high demand watch (black Submariner), she willingly helped me with the process of an unavailable watch. Ian has showed such sincere interest, making that day my best experience to an authorised dealer, despite i haven’t bought anything. A huge contrast in comparison with a different uk dealer where i spent a pile of money and they treated me as one whom disturbed them. So heartily workers as Ian, deserve maximum respect and appreciation by customers. Despite my foreign accent, she behaved professionally and genuinely friendly, didn’t undervalue my presence. My compliments to Mappin & Webb for such marvellous staff. Many thanks Ian.
