I bought a jacket in Edinburgh at Michael Korse store 10 days ago. I came to Glasgow store to give that back as I changed my mind. The manager under the name Joshua was very willing to help me. He was very polite and very professional. Thank you so much Joshua.

Its a great brand the staff in the shop just rude and unproffessional. would rather pop across to Frazers and buy same goods same price. Seems that the staff are little bit better at dealing with customers. upgrading it to 4. The store is clean, tidy, and displays are well done. Great range handbags on display if your out shopping with wife keep here away from this shop your wallet will take hammering. Good quality designer brand. pop in if your visiting in town.

Very helpful staff, was in buying my wife a smart watch for birthday, young man was very helpful and let me browse in peace and once I had picked watch told me everything about it, lovely wrapping and put another clear bag over it to protect it from dreadful weather outside

Love this shop and the staff, I always pop in when I'm in Glasgow. Today I contacted them about a problem with an online order which had been on-going for a month. Andrew kindly looked in to it and had it sorted in no time, very grateful!

My husband bought me a bag in Canada last Nov it is now damaged with edging falling off.Thought it would be a hassle to change under the 2yr warranty but spoke to Adele at the Glasgow store and she has been fantastic. I now have a new bag. No hassles at all. She's a credit to you.

Staff great and attentive. Only minus though no fault of the staff is that Frasers Store a 1min walk away had the same bag my wife bought for £140 less on sale.
