M. J. S.My husband and I are EXTREMELY impressed with this place. Two years ago I woke up in the middle of the night with a PURPLE swollen painful finger and had to rush to a fire station to have my wedding ring cut off. When finally got around to getting it fixed and resized this Christmas, we called other stores who told us "We are booked till after christmas and everyone else will be too." We tried one more place, Mithril, and not only did they get us in RIGHT then, but they told us it would be done on Monday (it was a friday afternoon when we went in.) We were pleasantly surprised with their price quote and time quote. THEN....to our SHOCK, the ring was done only a few hours later. UNREAL! I also really loved that they told us beforehand, that if we wanted to pay with a card there would be a small fee, to prepare us for when we picked it up to pay with cash/check. (we ended up paying them extra anyways becuase of the amazing service.) My ring has never been brighter and you can not tell that it has been cut, fixed and resized in the slightest. I couldn't rate this company high enough! Highly recommend!
