Sammantha was super helpful with my jewellery valuation. She was quick to respond to queries before I committed to an appointment, and also didn't need to wait long to get booked in with her. During the valuation she talked us through everything she was doing, and even let me have a look at a couple of bits too. The report I have received is very substantial and exactly what I was looking for, for my insurers. Would definitely recommend.
