I can not shout any louder how wonderful this little crystal shop is. First time I have visited today, and I was blown away. The crystals are amazing, the atmosphere and service was really lovely (I'm usually really shy but the lady I spoke to today made me feel very welcome and calm) and the range available was wonderful too. Everyone must visit and have there year made.

I love this store perhaps more than any other in Gloucester. Is it because of the crystals that the atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. I have been known to have a little social anxiety and to struggle talking to people sometimes. I can have difficulties maintaining eye contact with people. When I walk into Crystals everything is different. I always spend quite a long time in the store, chatting to whomever is behind the till, with total ease. There is no trace whatsoever of the anxieties I sometimes deal with. It's strange, but it's true. I will likely walk around looking at everything several times as I talk, until I know what I'm there to buy. The customer service is perfect and the atmosphere is perfect.
