E. S.Friendly staff helped me straight away with what I wanted to look at - no pressure to buy, she just got the item and let me look. I did go ahead and purchase and it came with a lovely jewellery box included which doesn't happen at some other jewellery stores. Reasonable prices, mid range compared to the others in the town centre. Lots of choice.
