T. H.Well, what can we say. We have used the In-Time jeweller in Debenhams store, Gloucester a few times and have always had excellent service at very good prices. When my Tissot watch required servicing and repair (over 10 years old) we had no hesitation in taking it to Gavin, the manager there. We received a call a week or so later letting us know it was all done, (new battery also fitted as part of the service) and he even had it on soak test to check the accuracy for a couple of days. We can thoroughly recommend the service and prices, especially as we also got a guarantee with the work and battery.

L. W.Just had a new clasp fitted to my watch. The old one had loosened over time. The chaps tried to tighten it first before recommending a replacement. They were very helpful and polite and I wasvery pleased with the service.
