I have so many pieces of Lucy's jewellery and I'm in love with all of them. She is so helpful and will do anything she can to help make your jewellery perfect for you. All her jewellery is excellent quality and comes in beautiful packaging and with cleaning cloth to keep you piece looking brand new. Nothing is too much trouble for Lucy and I couldn't recommend her any higher if I tried. I am almost a walking Lucy Ashton advert!

I don’t often write reviews, but given the level of service I’ve received, I thought I’d post my first! I ordered a beautiful pair of earrings for a friends birthday present, however due to some challenges with the courier I had cause to contact the seller. The recovery was genuinely brilliant and the communication excellent. They arrived shortly after and are absolutely gorgeous. You really know a business is there for their customers when they step up and resolve any issues should they arise. I would 100% recommend Lucy Ashton!

Amazing! This kind lady has made for me a ring that is no longer available on the website, so she especially made me one with the personalisation I wanted. From start to finish communication was excellent and the piece itself, which turned up today (super delivery service also) is so beautiful I just love it. Such a simple piece but it's so so lovely. It has my daughters initial so it's a super special piece of jewellery for me that I will wear everyday, and she also approves. She might be two years old but she can appreciate something good when she sees it lol. I'm 100% certain I will order from here again, it's just so much better than all the same looking stuff you get from high street jewellers. Definitely take a look with Xmas coming up or if you just want to treat yourself because of an achievement like I did, it's so worth it x

I am thrilled with my purchase. Lucy's craftsmanship is very impressive and her designs are truly fabulous. I was trawling the internet during recent lockdown for a very particular look that I wanted to achieve once we were all allowed out, and I found exactly what I was looking for on her website. Beautiful earrings which arrived in a presentation box with a gift bag. Also included was an anti-tarnish bag and jewellery cleaning cloth. Very thoughtful extras which will come in very handy. There is the option to send jewellery back for professional cleaning with only postage costs incurred- truly excellent service. I would definitely recommend!
