I went to this store yesterday about an issue with a charm on my bracelet and to buy a ring. Tati was extremely helpful and patient, I took a while to decide which ring I wanted and it didn't feel like she was rushing us at all, she seemed genuinely happy to help and she engaged in conversation as well, a very good experience :)

I just have been in Pandora Gloucester and i had amazing experience. My charm was stuck and that lady called Lora was so helpfull, she did try to fix it first but unfortunately she couldnt do it,so Lora replace for me the bracelet and the charm + she did tidy up all my charms on my bracelet in the way i want. Lovely experience. Highly recommended.

So so thrilled today with the customer service, a pair of my pandora earrings broke and became bent, went in stored and mentioned that this had happened and they said bring them in and see what they can do, luckily they were in my bag. The lady behind the counter was so so helpful (big shoutout to charlotte) ❤️ And they replaced my earrings free of charge, amazing customer service, would definitely recommend, I guess you get what you pay for, top class shop, massive thankyou xxx
