I got the most beautiful engagement ring at Truscott. The staff were wonderfully kind and attentive. They didn't rush my decision making and in fact encouraged me to look elsewhere to make sure that the ring I wanted was the one! Really good collection of rings, quality stones and good settings. Will adjust on the premises within the hour. We bought an aquamarine and diamond ring, great price and nice and relaxed even though we had our little girl with us. Highly recommend giving them a look, they have some second hand rings inside with quality stones that could easily be reset.

My husband's wedding ring had to be cut off Before it was cut, we were told by another jeweller in Gloucester that it could be made larger and the decorative milled edge reinstated. We took the cut ring back in and were told that they had never said the edge could be reinstated! Why would anyone want a ring with a huge unpatterned section in it? My husband and I were devastated. However, the lovely man at Truscott's not only repaired and reinstated the pattern perfectly, he used gold from my late mother's engagement ring for the infill. Absolutely thrilled with the result. I have used this jewellers for years and I have had some amazing jewellery made Lee spends time with you talking through what would work best then designs your creation which always looks even better than I could of imagined. I would 100% recommended this shop for anyone wanting a special piece of jewellery made, anything fixed or even just for cleaning your existing jewellery as I would never go or buy from anywhere else. His prices are unbeatable and the personal service you get is above and beyond anywhere else would give.

Took my wedding ring to be resized (up 3 sizes) after being told by National chain they would not be able to match the design and only up 1 size. Goldman staff were very polite and efficient and did the job in 2 days and for a bargain price. Thank you for being so helpful! I got in touch to see if The Goldman could help with some work and whilst he was not able to do it himself he went to all the trouble of finding someone who would be able to help me. After getting told by Pandora that nothing can be done about my ring and bracelet and then being given excuses as to ''why'', I went into Truscott and although I am sure they were about to close or were maybe already closed, I was still let in and they heard me out and straight away told me they can resize both the ring and the bracelet. Both mean a lot to me so to hear that something can be done about them was amazing. No payment was taken until the job was done and it was done in a week! Great timing considering before Pandora even declined me, they said a resize would take over a month! All done at a reasonable price too, therefore overall I am very happy and would definitely recommend! :) Thank you again
