B.My 8year old daughter had her ears pierced today and what a lovely group of people you have in ur Hereford branch could not of wish for a better group of people to help with talking her through how they are going to do it and so on. Also I had my 15 month old with me who started to cry and one of the lovely ladys who was working come over and started to talk to her so I could be with my daughter when she had her ears done thank you so very much for all your help today will be back in when she can change them to pick some new ones
t. p.The customer service in this store is exceptional. Myself and my sister was looked after by Caroline. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we left as very happy customers. We will recommend this store to everyone.
