Recently came in and bought my Mum a necklace for christmas. Unfortunately it snapped on Christmas Day so I had to return it. The staff were absolutely lovely and ordered a new one straight away, no questions asked. Went back to collect today and I’d forget my receipt. They found my name in the system and called my phone to double check it was me, also the guy, James, remembered me from bringing it back and he was so chatty and lovely. The two women were super helpful too, nothing seemed too much for them and they were all really happy. There was a really great atmosphere in the shop and the customer service makes you feel really special. I just wanted to say thank you 😊 Roxy xx
