I nearly purchased a watch about a decade ago from Blowers Jewellers and often browsed their stock in the years since. A couple of weeks ago they had a watch which caught my interest so I got in touch. Blowers Jewellers are very easy to deal with. I arranged a part exchange via email and sent it over using Royal Mail Secure. The same day my old watch arrived with them my new watch was dispatched and it arrived very well packaged the next day. The new watch was exactly as described and in excellent condition, my part exchange was given a fair value and the new watch was competitively priced. They sized my new watch based on my part exchange and it fits perfectly. The whole experience with Blowers was brilliant, I am very impressed and fully recommend them if you are in the market for a new watch.

Didn’t realize how many people I know have dealt with Mark and his great team. All including myself have had a cracking service. The watch I purchased was held for me the minute I put down a deposit and agreed a price. That price was 17% below what it was being sold anywhere else In the Uk at the time and TBH I thought it was to good to be true. Well it wasn’t the watch was exactly as described and delivered as promised. Cracking service and 5 stars isn’t enough for the team.

Mark and the rest of the team at Blowers are nothing short of incredible. To find good service nowadays is hard to come by, but the team at Blowers certainly know how to do customer service right! Nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted by a friendly face when in the shop. If they do not have a particular piece that you want in stock, they will source it within a matter of days. Excellent service. It was my first visit to Blowers Jewellers today to see Mark about him purchasing my watch. I got a nice welcome from Mark as I entered the shop. After a short chat, Mark gave a good look over my watch and gave me an offer. I was very happy with the price that he was offering and decided to accept it. Mark explained the process of payment which i was fine with and a few hours later the payment had been received in to my account. So, I saw that Blowers had the watch I was lusting after on Instagram (Rolex 14060). I called them up told them the watch I wanted and that I wanted to trade in one of mine. I got an approximate quote on my watch and went stright into Hull. I traded in my watch and the 14060 I bought was absolutely perfect. After the purchase my father-in-law and I probably spent another 45 minutes in the store lookingat Pateks, A. Lange's, and other Rolexes having one of the best watch conversations I've had in a very long time. The staff was absolutely on point, knowledgable, but most critically, you could tell that not only do they enjoy their jobs but they have a passion for watches. I literally have no reason to use Rolex AD's anymore and will continue to buy from Blowers.
