I visited the prospect centre store today and I just want to say how professional the staff were even when faced with some quite rude customers, I personally found it a very safe experience and think it's amazing how all the staff were lovely and kept themselves and customers safe. Well done ladies, especially the ladies dealing with rude customers

Polite service. You just don’t get 5 stars because the selection is poor in the lower price category. There is only 1 or 2 of each. You should be very lucky to have a ring of the right size, for example.

Brilliant customer service, no hesitation in exchanging my engagement ring as one of the diamonds sunk in. Really friendly and helpful. The manager even went to Princes Quay to get me another ring as their store didn't have it in. Excellent 😁
