2 of my watches needed new battery's, how ever they are pressure tested to 200 metres, so not the thing your local jeweller and do, contacted these online got a very fast response, took the watches in 20 minutes later they where ready for collection. Great service.

New watch glass fitted virtually as I waited. Got home and noticed a minor problem with my watch. Returned to Watch Hospital where problem was rectified immediately and to my total satisfaction. A new battery was installed by way of compensation for my inconvenience. Absolutely excellent service and very good value.

Found this place online, I avoid Hull normally because of the heavy traffic caused by the terrible council led traffic policies. (Which ironically causes more pollution)made an exception here, good value, worth a visit if your watch or clock is in need of attention.

Had my tag heuer in a draw for years after I took it to a jewellers who told me it wasn't a battery issue but most likely a movement issue. Quoted me hundreds of pounds to send it off to tag which was almost what the watch cost me when new. Thought I'd give this place a shot at fixing it before I sold it for spares/repairs. Left with the owner & within hours was told it was fixed and just needed a new battery. Over the moon and new battery was so much cheaper than any other places I've been before. Highly recommended!

Just like to say a big thank you to Paul and his staff. I dropped off a vintage Rotary watch to have the crown and winder replaced, Paul managed to source one and fit it for a 10% of the price (yes a 10% of the price) I was quoted elsewhere in the city centre. Great service. Highly recommended.

If your premium brand watch needs a battery replacement, this is the place to go. Phoned on a Saturday morning and got an answer immediately. Took my Breitling into the store and 20 mins later it had a new battery and was pressure tested. This is by far the most efficient and affordable option I have found. It costed £40. Very happy with the job and will definitely be using them in the future.

This place is amazing. I had a pocket watch that needed a new glass and some TLC. I took it to a well known jeweler who told me it would cost a lot to get it repaired and the glass could not be replaced. Paul gave me a quote for new glass with an honest answer regarding repairs as watch was old and parts difficult to source. At last, someone honest. Anyway glass was replaced at a more than reasonable price. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

Although my experience wasn't exactly perfect, the service, the sincerity, and the efficiency of the owner, Paul, is truly worth a visit for problems of all sorts for your timepieces. The pricing which they charge for repairs is also of extremely good value for money, and at the end, a prompt phone call for collection. This is evident from the numerous and familiar returning customers (with valuable clocks and watches) which I saw while I was waiting, all seemingly confident of the workmanship, and most importantly, the sincerity and honesty of the owner. I live on the Isle Of Wight, so I had to rely on photos for the quote, and the Royal Mail for delivery. It all worked well, and the movement was replaced in my quartz watch for a very reasonable amount. I am very happy, and if the opportunity arises I will have no hesitation in using their services again.

Fantastic service ... fitted new battery to my Tissot watch where other local jewellers insisted it had to be sent off to Tissot. They informed me about the pressure testing up to 30m which was absolutely no issue for me, reset the watch and is cost just £8.99. Highly recommend

How refreshing to come across a watch repairer/retailer who puts customer service and satisfaction at the top of their priorities. I had to post a quick review to offer my gratitude and appreciation to both Paul and Sarah who have reaffirmed that not everyone is out to exploit. I dropped my partner's Longine watch in for a replacement battery that Sarah did on the spot. I also have an Omega Seamaster Master Co-Axial Chronometer that is my pride and joy and over the last 18 months even though I have done my very best to protect it the stainless steel and brushed bracelet has over time become much scratched and scuffed including the bezel. Being an expensive watch brand I knew I could rely on Omega to polish it back to perfection but at a price. I was not prepared to take a risk leaving it with a watch kiosk that you find in shopping malls that would uniformly polish it so that the brushed part of the bracelet simply disappeared. Websites offering remote polishing services were just that "Remote" so when I was in the watch and Clock Hospital shop and Sarah had replaced the battery I asked whether being a "Hospital" they could cure the scratches on my Omega? Sarah explained how Paul had recently invested in getting the right tools for just such a job and the pride he puts into everything he does underlines that. She gave me a quote and I was that shocked as it was so much lower than Omega's charge by some distance. I popped back two days later to met Paul and at the workshop (rear of shop) which is totally visible to the customer. His attention to detail was excellent when I popped back earlier than expected and found he'd taken apart the watch before working on it so he could give each part separate treatment something I had researched really good polishers do and Omega service centres too. The result was astonishing as it looked like a brand new watch! What was even more rewarding was seeing the smile on Paul's face before he handed over my Seamaster and I realised he was as chuffed as I was. He really takes pride in his craft and it shows. I do hope that others give this independent Watch repairer and retailer the support it needs. You won't be disappointed nor will your wallet/purse. Thank you Paul and sarah.

The winder of my 1960 Omega Genieve kept falling out, local so-called prestigious watch retailers were quoting silly prices just to send my watch off to Omega. Luckily, I saw The Watch & Clock Hospital on an internet search and popped in to ask what they could do. The guy said he would be able to fix and it would be ready in 5 mins... true to his word, the winder was fixed, costing much less than the outrageous charges elsewhere. I will definitely be using The Watch & Clock Hospital in the future, not only are their prices realistic, no rip offs, but they are so friendly and accommodating. Just brilliant!
