S.The Ipswich shop staff are superb, I put my laptop in on buyback but because of personal reasons I completely forgot about it and the buyback date expired on the 27th June and this morning I got a call from Alan basically seeing what was what as it was strange because I ALWAYS used to buy it back without fail and they had not sold it and kept hold of it for me........ absolute legends.

A. H.The guys that run this place are the fairest, kindest and friendliest you will ever find in the pawn shop business. They have on occasion, gone well past the extra mile to help me and my partner out. Even to the point where she was a week late collecting her item and they still allowed her to take it!
Unlike Cash CONverters in Northgate St (zero stars!) who have conned me a few times taking my item when only a day late even though I was told it was ok for me to come in late. SPIT SPIT!!
Forget Cash CONverters and instead use the best pawn shop in town..... CASH EXCHANGE 12 Tacket St!! I'd give them extra stars just if I could.
