Excellent experience! My daughter had her ears pierced and the whole process was very smooth. The jeweller fully explained what was going to happen and put her at ease. We had been recommended FHinds in Ipswich as a number of her friends had had their ears pierced there and we were very impressed with the whole service. I’d highly recommend this jewellers for ear piercing. The earring selection is lovely too, my daughter is absolutely delighted!

After phoning store to check on item lady was extremely helpful. After advise we reserved item online for pick up in store. On arrival on Saturday a diffent lady greeted us but remembered her colleagues conversation and completed the purchase. Both members of staff were very cheery, polite & helpful. After shopping around at several other jewellers I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in store at the Ipswich branch. From the start the staff were friendly and dealt with the covid management really well. I was served by a young lady at the counter who was very helpful, friendly and helped to make it a pleasant shopping experience. I would definitely go back for any future purchases.

Went in this morning at ipswich litterly just opened doors asked for my daughters ears to be pierced said had to book but as they had only just changed to having to book they fitted her in before first ear piercing. The guy who done the piercing was great didnt make my daughter feel like she was going to be hurt or anything so no tears nothing. Excellent service thank you.

Took my daughter in today for her birthday to have her ears pierced for the first time. She's been asking for over 2 years to have it done but i had thought she was too young upto now. She's autistic and the sterile swab made her panic and think about hospitals where she's had a lot of tests. However chap who served us was brilliantly patient with her and between us both we helped her conquer her fears. She's beaming from ear to ear now that she's finally got them done. Would thoroughly recommend.
