I'm new to the area and popped in to Harrows to get a valuation on some jewellery. The staff were amazingly helpful and really welcoming. They offered to make it into something different but as it was related to an ex-husband I didn't want it. I did the deal and found the whole experience warm and lovely. I promised as soon as I meet a lovely new man I'm sure he would love to get a special piece made here for me!

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Absolutely recommend harrows jewellery! I had bought my girlfriend a single diamond engagement ring and thanks to harrows we were able to have the ring resized (I got it wrong) and have a pair of matching sapphires set in either side of the diamond (which is what I wanted to get but couldn’t find one I liked) the guys at Harrow done an amazing job and the ring looks amazing! Didn’t take long to do and the price was very reasonable! Absolutely over the moon with the service. top job.
