Everything in this store is laid out nicely with the main items being in the centre of the shop which works well considering its size, could do with a bigger shop but it works with what a small area they have. All price ranges catered for & my girlfriend loves Pandora so I'm in there quite a bit. They have prices to suit most pockets & a huge selection of charms for their bracelets which includes Disney & star wars. Some of the more expensive items are better but I always find the products of a high standard as I've never had to take anything back. Can get busy at weekends & at Christmas & they change stock quite often but hold a good stock. Staff are very friendly & very helpful cant fault them at all. Go have a browse & look at all the sparkly earrings, necklaces, bracelets & charms.

I have only visited once to exchange a ring I was bought which was too small. The exchange was super easy and the lady who helped was lovely and friendly we chatted as we did the exchange. It was also two days after Christmas and the store was busy but there was lots of team members and queues being managed very well.

I purchased three items online during the Black Friday Sale. All arrived with some small visible marks, which I wasn't too happy with. Additionally, my Polished Wishbone Bangle had a unique, delicate-looking clasp. At first glance, I wasn't certain how to use it. I looked at Pandora's website for guidance and found nothing. The result was unchanged after an extensive Googling session, so I contacted Pandora's Support Team. The experience was disappointing. Support didn't initially know they sold the Polished Wishbone Bangle and certainly didn't know how the clasp worked. The advice I received was to consult YouTube and if I was unable to find an answer go to the nearest store. Luckily I wasn't far from a Pandora but this could have been a big problem for some customers. I went to the store about a week later and explained the problems I'd had with my order. Claurice, (who I believe to be the manager), polished my jewellery while their colleague checked to see if replacements were available. The jewellery was much improved after polishing but, unfortunately, the item that didn't recover wasn't in stock and wasn't likely to return. I was given the option to exchange but declined. I decided to express my concerns about the size of The Polished Wishbone Bangle. The bangle doesn't fall under any of the standard categories. I based my chosen size on similar categories and made a calculated guess suitable for my wrist measurement. I believe a big improvement to the website could be made by publishing the size of each piece of jewellery along with a recommendation. Following my explanation, Kelly produced a smaller size for me to try and I took an obscene amount of time to decide which I prefered. Kelly continued to be very understanding and suggested I wear the bracelet in a different orientation. This eventually enabled me to decide on the smaller size. In conclusion, following a terrible experience with Pandora online, I was told to visit my local store. My experience in-store couldn't have been more different. I was served by Claurice and Kelly who did everything in their power to make me happy with my purchase. I'm certainly content with my purchase now, however, I'm convinced if I'd made my purchase in the store originally I would have been delighted.

Amazing staff members, brought my girlfriend a ring from here a few months back, we went in a couple of days before to find the perfect ring, we found one and asked if I could reserve the item and they happily put the ring under the counter for me untill the Friday, I took the ring in earlier this year to get cleaned, they done a professional job
