Not too busy, good job as shop crammed with stuff, with not much browsing room. Simple enquiry about basic cost of re-piercing my ears and was treat to a prolonged sales spiel with prices up to £200!

Took my 7yo daughter for her ears piercing. Very polite staff and engaged my daughter, good quality of service. Only bug bear is the shop was too cluttered not much room to move about with a pram. Overall good

Don't get your ears pierced here mine and my daughters has gotten infected and my daughter even had to go to hospital because her earing was actually lost in the swollenness of her ear, we followed the 6 week procedures and everything with the stuff they sold us But their scrunchies are amazing!!!!

I go into Claire's when l am with my eight year old granddaughter. She is a very girlie girl and loves everything about this store. She flits about wanting everything on offer and needs reigning in for the sake of my purse. They do have some lovely gifts on offer, so can totally understand her excitement. They also pierce ears, how good is that.
