The staff are all so helpful and don’t judge you even if you’re not spending a huge amount of money. Our assistant Rebekah 1127297 was really friendly and very knowledgeable about the products on offer and was not pushy at all. She is a credit to the company.

The young lady who served me was really patient and knew her products well. Very helpful and we only had a short wait in the queue. I was buying a gift for a special bday and despite me struggling to pick she made me feel I didn't have to rush. Can't remember her name which is a shame but lovely eyelashes and a rose gold bracelet on..someone should reward her customers service.

I went in ( last minute). The shop layout and way of sticking to social distancing rules are fantastic. Was called to a booth and the lady was very helpful, ran around the shop getting what I was looking for and within 5 minutes I was out. Fantastic first experience. ( although I now understand I will have to return a fair few times more to buy charms now. ) well played pandora.

Fantastic staff , very knowledgeable of products.The best thing is that they are not pushy like the leeds trinity store , they genuinely care about how you leave the store . I came in to purchase 1 charm for my daughters birthday , it was very quiet due to the latest country pandemic and didn’t wait to be served . Usually I have 1 person serving me this occasion I had 3 - all adding their suggestions to create a real experience and lovely atmosphere ! They all went above and beyond to really help make my daughters birthday present look good . The staff in this store are a credit . People don’t buy products they buy people , I ended up buying earrings ,a necklace , rings and charms all because the way they serve and make things flow to introduce different products works. You may think that it’s pushy however , they always advise for other occasions not for the now ! I couldn’t resist I had to buy the matching pieces and other essential products . White Rose Pandora management , you have a fantastic team and you really have made my daughters birthday . Thank you I’ll be returning again!x

Nice girls no judgement here can't say the same for the trinity one wasn't looking my best a few times here due to bringing up a disabled child and covid my money as good as anyone's and two staff were whispering and looking at me making it clear they were commenting other staff are loverly and I will miss frequenting the trinity pandora I will continue going to the white rose pandora no judgement there xx

I went in and bought my mum a gift card today for mothers day and the lady who served me was so polite, pleasant and had a really nice conversation with me. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who served me tonight, he was so so helpful and friendly and a generally all round great person to deal with. I stopped by after a crazy day at work to pick out a present for my Mum, and after asking me a couple of basic questions he spent time helping me build the perfect gift. He even grabbed a colleague who was on her break so she could come and be a wrist size model. Such a lovely store and really refreshing atmosphere. I felt looked after, and important, and like the recipient of my gift mattered to them too.

Called in to purchase a charm as part of my stepdaughter's 18th, the purchase was simple enough but, despite the purchase being under £25 the sales assistant refused contactless payment and stated it was company policy that they only accepted chip and pin??? Why?? The sales assistant never gave me an answer except 'company policy'. If it genuinely is company policy then surely I am entitled to know why. I feel a bit annoyed and a little suspicious over this transaction. Poor customer service

My wife's favourite shop. It's always busy here, the queue system can be a bit confusing too. But the staff is always friendly and helpful when you manage to speak to someone. Clean and well lit shop.

Always have such a pleasant experience when I visit this particular store, the staff are welcoming and friendly and are always willing to chat and create conversation. They show interest in what I'm buying and help me figure out what it is I need to the best of their ability, good prices on the bracelets around this time of year too, we managed to save a good £70 on my charm bracelet

Staff are helpful enough, normally it takes a while to get any assistance. The layout could be better as the queuing system isn't clear and could be a bit more organised. If you see a item in the glass cabinet you normally have to go and queue away from it just to ask to see it which isn't ideal. Quieter times however (rare) it's much less stressful.

It's a good jewellery store but expensive and prices are non negotiable. In Leeds Pandora we found a nice, polite speaking lady who helped buying and found a discount voucher. However we ended up spending double the amount. There was however still a sense of satisfaction. Majority of us know that women spend a lot of money on these things, and don't wear as many times.. It may seem a waste of money to men, but its not.
