what a service. new to area, so i went to the watch lab, they estimated £195 for a fix to send it away with a 3 week return time, thought this was a bit steep for what the problem looked like, spotted this place wandering around, they fixed it minutes for £20. say no more, brilliant friendly service.

I'm very pleased with the purchase I made today. Dave was friendly and efficient. He made the strap fit to my liking and said to return if I wasn't happy and he would alter it.
Great price and service. Would highly recommend!

Very good guy! He changed batteries for about 9 wrist watches and fixed the dial for one of them! Will strongly recommend 👌

Honest man honest business. I went to the other place and they said 21.99 for a battery and can take 30mins, so i found this lovely chap in merrion centre, oh my fixed in couple mins and cost less than £10. After i left my pin came out and he sorted it out in few secs. THATS WHAT YOU CALL GREAT SERVICE 👍
Thanks

Got my watch battery changed. Took 2 mins and only £8.99. Great service. Was quoted £19.99 for the robbing swines in Trinity's Watch Lab!

Fantastic service and price needed to have a watch battery fitted and also pressure tested. As my watch is waterproof not a problem it got done within 15mins and excellent value 👍🏻

ORIGINAL Review ( 2016)
I am just sorry I left the review so late. About 6 months ago I checked reviews and mainly on the negative reviews elsewhere went to the Watch Hospital to get a new battery for my Trazer divers watch. He was polite, to the point and helpful. It was near closing time so I said "How much and how long"? The reply was do you want it for swimming or just a battery replacement? I forget prices now but full service was cheaper than elsewhere (£12 -£15 I really have forgotten) battery only was something over £6. Full service 25 minutes, battery 10. I went for full service, came back 20 minutes later and it was ready for me.
I walk past most days and every single time I think. "I must write a review" Glad I finally got round to it. In summary a good place to go, best prices and the competition somehow seem to have reviews stating they are overpriced and actually rude. This guy is just down to earth, polite and value for money.
UPDATE (late July 2018) Used again for battery replacement. Very PLEASED.UPDATE AUG 2020
Still great. Links removed from new watch. Friendly, polite, quick and good value as always 😊
Unlike others in town who are rude rip offs!

Went in for a battery replacement. Good price and did it on the spot. Took 30 seconds

Excellent service, changing battery for a watch in few mins while waiting. Others charge considerably more and usually I am asked to come back for it later in the day or another day... Not in this place.. Well worth the visit..
