Highly recommend Custom Plugs to anyone. Whether you've been stretching your ears for years or are just starting out on your stretching journey, they have plugs and tunnels for every occasion. From basic every day ones, to fancy ones and even ones you can customise! The staff are really helpful and friendly and delivery is really fast.

I have spent over £500 at custom plugs and don't plan on stopping any time soon! The customer service is just amazing as well when you need to contact them, the staff or so friendly and understanding. I've never had plugs the same quality as what I have at custom plugs. Five star as I have ordered twice in the past with no issue at all! This time round, I ordered two gold lotus plugs. They came beautifully wrapped and sealed including the stickers they always gift free of charge, but unfortunately the jewelry came a size too big. A lovely person called Matthew got back to me straight away via email when I contacted them and within a day they have shipped a replacement pair, all while being super helpful and polite! Couldn't recommend them enough for reasonably priced and good quality jewelry 🎉

I have quite a few pairs of plugs and tunnels from these guys and they are always great quality with a reasonable price. Well packaged and quick delivery. Exchanged a couple emails before and received good service. Would be a 10/10 recommendation from me no doubt.

Ordered 2 different Plugs there, one made of Stone and one out of wood. Sadly, even though the Plugs were packed quiet neatly and safe, the wooden Plugs came in broken, most probably because of the delivery guys fault. One quick e-mail with their costumer support and a photo later i got the one set refunded. Great support and the plugs (that came in one piece) look really great.

Ordered a black glass leviathan Cross plug size 18m on the 31st October and just got it today, fits in nicely, nice feel and weight to it, design could be a bit clearer but other than that, I like it, will be ordering another one when my other ears ready then maybe a bigger size.

I had ordered some plugs for my boyfriend and stupidly got him the wrong size, thankfully a nice man named Josh who had got my email changed the size for me very last minute! Very great service and high quality plugs. Would highly recommend.
