Excellent service both at the point of sale and for after sales. They have a wide range of quality jewellery and I only shop here for myself now. The pic is of my engagement ring after I had it recoated and cleaned for free. Looks like new!.

Visited Leicester for the second time with the family and was pleased with the exceptional service that Callum, Assistant Manager gave to us. He took his time whilst my daughter choose her charms. The additional attention and care given to cleaning the charms we bought and all of her other charms went beyond customer service. It's lovely to see that these days when so many retailers just want your money, without a good service. Thanks Callum.
