Wow I want to buy everything in the shop I think this place is mainly all watches but there was some Jewellery there All the top makes are here as you would expect The place is really nice and clean. Really professional service. The staff are super helpful and down to earth. Got offered a drink when we first started. Me and the wife came with our two kids and the staff interacted with them. I like when staff do this :) Left with two Gucci bracelets for the kids and even tho we didn’t spend a lot I’m sure compared to other customers the staff still make us feel important and wanted us there. Sameea was really nice. Helpful and super polite. Thanks for your help The gifts where well wrapped and everyone said bye on the way out Really nice place to purchase from

My experience is that staff are very welcoming and unlike some boutique jewellers are very content for you to browse. Dealt with Jamie, who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have visited Goldsmiths store in Leicester several times now but the first time recently since their new store fit out. The overall store looks impeccable with a huge range of watches and jewellery to hand. Their selection is so vast, you can easily get overwhelmed with choices, luckily for me Laura is always so attentive and knowledgable she manages to assist me every time. Whenever I visit the store she is always super friendly and eager to help. Laura is amazing she always goes above and beyond from start to finish. She has definitely set the bar high. I believe any business could learn from her on how a customer should be treated. The whole experience has always been a customer delight. We have just been in to the Highcross store. We were served by a young man called Jamie. At first we thought this could be be a Saturday boy. How wrong we were. Charming , knowledgeable, and very impressive. We were not spending much money but he was only concerned with getting us the best deal for what we wanted. The very best in customer care and service at Goldsmiths High cross store in Leicester courteous and helpful all the staff who were professional and respectful we were offered coffee and biscuits while we waited and didn’t have to wait long to be dealt with. We wanted to give a huge thanks to Sameea Noray who has helped us through our insurance process claim for diamond earrings from speaking over the telephone, emails and in person, she remained extremely professional and was able to deal with multiple of questions adequately and provided a first class experience throughout my purchase. The very best in customer care and service at Goldsmiths Highcross store in Leicester. I had arranged for the repair of my wife's pearl necklace earlier in September at the Highcross Goldsmiths store in Leicester, with a due back date of 06 Oct. My wife and I were due to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary on 03 Oct and she very much wanted to wear the necklace for the occasion. Having explained this to Claire in store, she set about trying to get the necklace back to us in time, even making phone calls on her day off. As a direct result of going this extra mile, Claire managed to get the necklace back to us on 01 Oct. In addition, Claire was also extremely helpful to me in store, assisting me in choosing, ordering and securing the next day delivery of a matching pair of pearl ear-rings to complement the repaired necklace. Claire certainly played an integral part in making our Ruby Wedding, the special occasion that we had hoped for. A job well done and very much appreciated.

I visited goldsmiths today in high cross with an appointment to register on a waiting list for a watch. This is a very nice store and all the staff were incredibly helpful as also they were on the phone earlier in the week. Just want to start of by giving a huge thank you to Tom, from the goldsmiths near Debenhams (have a bad memory but pretty sure his name is tom). I went in today to register myself for a watch, was very polite throughout, we talked watches had a great conversation, advised me on other watches I was interested in, explained everything and answered all questions I had- not just that, the little things like greeting me as I entered, he pulled out my chair for me so I could sit down, was very attenuative and just treated me with the utmost respect, which means a lot to me considering that prior to this I had went to goldsmiths near John Lewis- just had a very poor experience, I had booked an appointment there was no rep there for the appointment, I did get to register but I wasn't taken seriously and no respect at all (assuming this is due to me be very young). Tom thank you again very impressed by your customer service, extremely respectful, very insightful, extremely polite, just overall 10/10- from start to finish commendable service. Any serious watch collectors or even people trying to buy their first definitely recommend going through Tom at the Goldsmiths near Debenhams.

Connor gave us a first class service and is the ideal sales assistant for anyone! He is very positive, friendly, extremely helpful and made me instantly feel very comfortable. Went to collect my new Rolex today from Daniel Fernandez. The customer service was impeccable & nothing was too much trouble. I could not speak highly enough of the friendly and helpful staff, oh, & the amazing product! Would definitely recommend Dan to anybody looking for something special!

Bought my wedding ring from these 2 years ago, the assistant was very helpful, when I got my ring it didn't fit, definitely wasn't the same size as the ring sizers, but had no issues at all getting in a different size. Still looks like new 2 years on, got it at a fair price. Would recommend.

Can't buy a Rolex here unless you are a long standing customer of theres with a trackable customer purchase record.
