R. W.This is a very busy Pandora shop in a very busy shopping centre. There were only 2 staff in attendance. So the wait is long. I will buy online until the staff shortage and the pandemic is under control

A. A.Charlotte and Deelle Morgan were outstanding. I had a bad experience with online shopping and got swindled by a fake website called Pandorasales. I brought the stuff they'd posted to compare with the original at the shop. Charlotte took pictures comparing the fake and original products. They both were so lovely. The horrible feeling completely vanished and I actually tried some rings and also indulged my son by measuring his ring finger size and tried some rings too!
Will either buy from Pandora.net or come over to Pandora at Highcross just for the superb experience 👍🏾 oh! Also got 10% off for being an NHS worker🤝🏽

J. B.Felt a little bit hounded, i got asked by 4 different members of staff if I needed any help within the space of 5 minutes. Once I did need help the service was good but the tilll system is terrible and needs updating or something. The staff really struggled to find the items i was buying.

W.Went in the around Christmas time I believe last year to get a bracelet charm for a relative number of Staff was helpful and friendly and approachable as I have learning difficulties as I often find it very awkward going into new places and asking for help but was reassured no pressure just helpful and advising well done Pandora fantastic service have visited several times since always receiving same great treatment

T.Well its very beautifully designed but there are always problems with designs 1st there is not a helping pack on all the entrance, 2nd they have less staff to help you or guide u, 3rd less access points for kids to play and let parents do their shopping, 4th the prices of everything is almost 40% expensive compare to their websites i find this ridiculous. Hope this is noticed by the responsibile department.
J. W.It's a nice store with friendly staff on hand to help. The products on sale are typical Pandora and priced typically also. If you want to browse it's nice just to look and if you do buy. It's also a good experience.

T.Really warm and friendly staff, that often go out of their way to help you find exactly what you're looking for & upon a recent trip with my partner they allowed her to try the charms on her bracelet, so she could see how they looked on her wrist, they also afford you plenty of time to make up your mind & seemingly don't pressure you into a purchase, which is why this will be my new default Pandora store from now on.
