Went early in the morning so shop was empty. The lady serving was fantastic and very helpful without being pushy or trying to make me spend more or buy the most expensive so will definitely return to this store as opposed to the one in the town centre!

Persuade to go here to pick a charm for a birthday. Well presented shop, staff were friendly enough. Got a few strange looks? Do men not go in here? Once they realised we were purchasing and not looking. The lady who helped us was fantastic and even brought my 2 young ladies into the conversation asit was for their mum birthday. Bought a lovely dream catcher charm. Lots of advice on what to buy. Social distancing was maintained with sanitiser at the door. Thanks for the help 🙂

Amazing shop and staff. This is the best Pandora shop I have been to. The staff are just amazing. I went in August and this is the experience that stood out, the lady that helped me was extremely helpful and yet still followed COVID-19 regulations. Great pandora store. I came here to collect a order during the second lockdown. Although the email said to wait for a order ready email, I was in a bit of a rush. Another super shopping experience at Pandora. The staff at this particular store are really helpful and pleasant, not pushy. Whatever they do at Pandora, Fosse park is great.I know I've said it before but they obviously have good management because even when it's really busy and you have to queue the staff make you feel valued and like they're looking forward to serving you. They always have a smile on their faces and make you feel really special. I recommend this particular store to friends and work colleagues because their service makes all the difference. I have shopped here since the store first opened and have been there during their very busy Christmas shopping periods, their sales and just a busy Saturday afternoon and they're consistently lovely.

Huge store, gets very busy, so has a queuing section area to enable easier serving of customers. Lovely helpful staff and a comfortable seating area for those that struggle to stand whilst waiting for loved ones to choose their items. Found rings on display that you could try on for size, to save keep asking the staff. Also saves you from "the awkwardness" of not purchasing anything, if you're "just looking". Great idea tbh.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Store bright and clean, good parking it's Fosse Park. Jewellery seems ok for the price. Was pushed into buying some sort of care kit. Definitely should have saved my money. £15 worth of tat. 2 polishing clothes like you get in a glasses case, a device to open up the clasps and a toothbrush for cleaning. Avoid the cleaning/care kit and you'll be ok

It's OK for costume jewellery, but the prices at the outlet at bicester are much more in line with the quality of the jewellery. Some of it is just really overpriced and you can get nicer stuff from other jewellers for the same money.
