Marcus and the team show masterclass levels in customer service, I'd go nowhere else. The team couldn't have made us feel more welcome, with gifts for our new born baby, personal hand delivery, coffee & tea, excellent! Thanks all, see you again!

I can’t compliment Adrian enough, I am not your typical pragnell customer, and by that I mean I probably haven’t had the opportunity to spend a significant amount of money purchasing a timepiece, of the like they have to sell. As a result I haven’t really felt comfortable in establishments like this, because in previous experiences elsewhere the salesperson has not taken an interest in me as an individual or as a potential customer. Adrian changed my perception, the experience was fantastic, so was the engagement, the time spent with me, I would encourage anyone to visit them and build a relationship with people that will care about the service they provide.

I'm really pleased with the service and friendly/helpful attitude of the staff at this store. I was served by Russell and felt no undue pressure to make a purchase but he was helpful with my questions and a very pleasant guy to deal with. This is the second watch I've bought from Pragnell and the service is as good today as it was thirteen years ago in the Stratford upon Avon branch. It's a high end shop with down to earth friendly staff and that's not always the case with every jewellers I enter when browsing. A Another nice touch was the plain black bag, rather than a screaming "snatch me" branded bag, I had a Lidl bag ready TBH.

I recently called into Pragnells purely on spec as I had visited another jeweler in Leicester that day and was fortunate enough to meet Marcus Ash. This was by far the finest retail experience I have ever encountered. His knowledge, enthusiasm and general demeanor is an example to the industry as a whole and he is a credit to this organisation. Just been to the shop today and was served by Russell very experienced and knowledgeable but unfortunately couldn't buy any rolex watch on the spot not happy with the flippers who made a lot money by flipping watches made us can't get any watches. Everyone pass on the properties to the there kids i just want to buy couple of watches to wear and enjoy it and just pass on to my family cause now i am in a position to do that.

I recently purchased a beautiful timepiece from the Pragnell (Leicester) which used to be called Tarratt (which has now joined Pragnell) They have a very large selection and stock many amazing items, I was served by Mr Adrian Bennet who was amazing, very knowledgeable, fun, professional, and very very helpful. The whole shopping experience was easy and eventful, from the welcome into the jewellers, to the offer of a drink, the fun elements of having my wife try on some very very expensive rings, the transaction itself, all the little extras one would not expect, and a nice bottle of champagne to top it all off. ( one of the rings my wife was shown and tried on was amazing I have never seen anything like it) They do stock some nice pieces. (back to the watch) I was assured that I would have customer care for the rest of the time the timepiece is in my ownership with free strap adjustments etc which I found very helpful to know. The other staff at Pragnell was very good and swift to please, they assisted Adrian very well which helped me a great deal as I was pressed for time, one member of staff even rushed to get the door before my wife could reach for it on the way out, which was a nice thing to do. The initial communication over phone and email was done swiftly and still continues after the sales. Adrian has also kept something extra on the side for me to pick up at a later date on my next visit as I forgot to ask for it before I left. Also, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything else but was shown some rather nice items for fun. Adrian Bennet was so good with sharing appropriate knowledge, History, and relevant information that my wife has a new appreciation of timepieces which is a bonus for me. I will definitely buy my next timepiece from this jeweller, and will always ask for MR Adrian Bennet. I am sure all at George Tarratt and Pragnell family company are pleased to have Mr Adrian Bennet.
