Nothing was too much trouble for Vishal and he delivered exactly what we had in mind bringing our drawings to life. Vishal was able to design a bespoke engagement ring providing us with a CAD (illustrated graphic) of the ring and wedding band to match with this. Again, for the men's wedding band Vishal brought together specific requirements of style, fit and look to make the band. Vishal has a great variety of jewellery to choose from being antique to modern designs. Thank you for all your help Vishal!

Excellent service at Vishal Jewellers. He has been particularly helpful during lockdown as he has sent photos of jewellery and also arranged video calls to look at various items for my nieces wedding. Myself and my mum went to his shop this week and he ensured social distancing was maintained throughout our visit and also gave attentive service. The service alone stands out massively compared to some of the shops along Belgrave and Melton Road. Very very pleased with the items we brought (particularly the antique style set 🙂). The jewellery at Vishal’s is unique in style so if you are looking for something a little different to the norm but also something that stands out for the right reasons it’s definitely worth visiting Vishal jewellers. Really good service - Vishal is really attentive to detail and as I am a very fussy customer, he made sure he catered to the spec I had. So, where do I start from? We walked up and down several jewellery shops on Melton Road in Leicester and Ealing Road in London. My fiancé and I knew the spec ring we wanted. When we walked into Vishal Jewellers, the shop didnt appear to have much on display at the time due to the shop being refurbished, however, Vishal appeared very welcoming. Vishal explained in detail about the rings and which setting is the best match for what we wanted. Vishal was not pushy at all, he wanted us to have an excellent quality product with the price range we had in mind. Once we had selected our ring, Vishal kept us posted with the manufacturing of the ring and each stage the ring was at. The customer service is zero to none! Vishal delivered the ring within the timeframe we requested. I highly recommend this place, you'll definitely get what you need and most importantly the knowledge and service is great!

Having been let down by Eskay Jewelers in Oadby, Leicestershire, my wife and I purchased our wedding rings from Vishal Jewelers at short notice and we are SO PLEASED with the rings! My wife had an engagement ring that she wanted a gold and diamond wedding ring to fit around. Vishal Jewelers made her a bespoke 18 caret gold ring with diamonds and it fitted perfectly and it looks absolutely incredible! They offered a brilliant service and we had a handmade ring designed and crafted within 3 weeks. I went for an 18 caret contemporary band which is quite unique and we didn't see anything similar in other jewelers we visited. Vishal jewellers were able to provide exactly the same style ring that my wife had seen on the internet and at a competitive price, but I am in no doubt the diamond that was sourced was far better than I would have got on the internet. My Fiance bought my engagement ring from here and it was absolutely stunning, but too big. I live in the U.S., while he lives in the UK, and we only had about a week before I had to fly back. Luckily the jeweler was able to have it sized down for us in time so I could keep my engagement ring :) We went back to him for our wedding bands and again, he expedited our rings for resizing so I could take them with me for VAT. Taking that long journey to Leicester was always daunting because it was that deep agonising a thought of knowing that there was hours of walking from shop to shop, looking at hundreds of yellow sparkling pieces and to then haggle to the point of the shop owner’s eyes shows “Ultimate Dismay” that really gave that utter gut wrenching feeling!!! Well, Vishal really made the experience of buying a once in a lifetime piece that extra special. The jeweller has a choice for all and whilst in the shop they can accommodate for every customer’s needs and knowing that is really comforting, so you really can make that choice that suits you and your needs. The after-care service mentioned really settles the mind to know that you are cared for, which is such a relief!!!
