I recently wanted to buy a pendant for my daughter and went to Colonia as it is an established independent jeweller. The service could not be faulted. Last weekend I placed an order for two items of jewellery from Colonia. Shortly thereafter I received an email to say one of the items was out of stock but that delivery could be arranged for 23/24 Nov if I could wait until then. I responded that this was fine and asked if I could be informed by email when items were on the way. Yesterday I received an email from Helen to say items were being posted yesterday. I was delighted when my order arrived this morning. Two lovely pieces of jewellery and delivered much earlier than expected. Very impressed with Colonia - not just for the perfect jewellery but for the superb communication. I will definitely be shopping here again. 100% recommended! Jan Parish, Lincoln.
