Lovely jewellers and excellent customer service. I needed some gold cufflinks made from charms I had purchased from elsewhere. Eric Bird Jewellers was the only jewellers in Lincoln that was able to do my request. They were so helpful and had my specific order ready the next day. Definitely recommend the jewellers and will return for future purchases. Can't wait to give my husband his wedding gift!

I had a problem with my necklace chain, went there to ask if they can fix it, they have fixed it in less than 5min! Brilliant job, very polite and lovely ladies work there, highly recommend this place, if I will have any more problems with my jewelry, Eric A Bird Jewellers is the only place where I will go!

Absolutely fantastic. My nan bent her ring (extremely) and they gave it shape for free! They also let me know prior that it might crack and that it would cost (not much) to fix it if it did. Thankfully it didn't crack. :)

First visit to this family owned business. 60yrs trading this month!. Spectacular to hear this for a high street business. My visit was to take in some broken gold jewellery and rings that I had had the enjoyment out of them. After a few days I had a very detailed list of all the items with prices . I decided to take the excellent offer and I would definately recommend to use this company for the same and or to look at their exceptional range of jewellery.

Fantastic friendly service. Went in for a small resizing on a sterling silver ring, was told £12.50 at the time but on collection two weeks later it was only £10! Very happy with the results and they even went to the effort to clean and polish the ring too. Will definitely be going there again for any jewellery related dilemmas!

What a helpful and friendly shop. I needed some jewellery altering that used to belong to my mother. I also had an old gold bracelet to sell to pay for the alterations. I visited several jewellers in Lincoln and Birds were by far the most helpful, sympathetic and professional. The resulting alterations are very good and I have in fact asked them to do a couple more repairs. They also went out of their way to help me date some of my jewellery and to trace the origins of an old fob watch. Although I asked about restoration they haven't put me under any pressure to have it done but have been very helpful in helping me trace it's history. I won't bother with other jewellers in future, I will go straight to this lovely family run business!
