i. p.Took in my dress watch this afternoon for a new battery as the watch had stopped working. When I went back after 40 minutes to collect it, the owner had taken the back off the watch, noticed it had started working. He then measured the voltage of the battery & found it was good so replaced the back cover. Watch is still working. When I asked for the bill, he said no charge!
Excellent service & extremely honest. The standard charge for a replacement battery is only £8.00!
Oh & just to conclude, I went into A well known watch & shoe repair shop in Solihull 2 weeks ago, they wanted £46 to change the battery. Glad I declined!

N. E.My wife visited the Watch Clinic yesterday with her collection of Gucci watches and a Waterford clock face. Some needed new batteries and one just the battery checked for life expectancy. Wonderful service, everything sorted and charges very reasonable. We would recommend this clinic as the owner goes over and above what you would expect in helping you.
