Always a great service from the staff at A & B. Tom has helped with our engagement ring and now our wedding rings. He is brilliant and no pressure from what you should/choose to buy. Very knowledgeable and they really know their craft. Highly recommended

Bought a Princess Diamond engagement ring for my Partner. I shopped round everywhere to find the right one. I Went to Austin & Blake Liverpool and found the perfect ring. After trawling the internet for days looking at eternity rings I found Austen & Blake, i chose the ring i wanted but had a few questions reference Xmas delivery etc so I gave them a call. An extremely pleasant lady ( Rachael ) helped me with my enquiry and made sure that i knew exactly what i was buying, this kind of customer service needs recognising .... no pushy sales tactics and very knowledgeable about the product. Absolute amazing service from Aimee in the Liverpool store from start to finish. I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for or what suited me and Aimee patiently guided me through the different styles and diamond clarifications to help me pick my dream ring. I eagerly awaited my ring to be delivered and it was even more beautiful than I had anticipated. I can’t thank Aimee enough for her high standard customer service! The atmosphere in the shop is so relaxed and there is no pressure or rush in making such a big decision!
