Went in store for a watch fitting, staff were polite and extremely professional. Gave me good knowledgeable advice. Took my watch and had it sorted quickly and efficiently. As a customer Aaron really stood out to me. He was extremely professional, well presented and had a very good manner. When I get good customer service, I always make a point of giving it the recognition it deserves. I will continue to use beaverbrooks for products in the future based on the quality of customer service I received today. 5* 10/10 Thanks.

Rings were lovely... Some expensive though.... But my term of expensive will be different from others. However, the service was superb. Polite customer service, very good attitude for a sales man. Good advice on the use of platinum as against white gold and yellow gold. Left with good opinion on what I really want. I was served by a lovely gentleman.

Visited Saturday with a fault on a ring I'd bought for my son at Christmas. Their sales assistant (pregnant lady, can't recall her name I'm afraid) gave customer service that was impeccable. Very understanding and apologetic although the fault was not Beaverbrooks. The issue was dealt with professionally and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The lady who served me (Am I allowed to name people? Let's just call her F) was magical. Helped me pick out a gorgeous engagement ring, and clearly had a passion for such things. She was practically in tears (Happy tears mind) by the time I left... Made me feel like it was as important to her as it was to me... And she helped me come in under budget

Been here on quite a few occasions. Have always found their products to be of high quality. I was walking passed, looked in the window and saw a watch which took my eye. Went in and because of the knowledge the assistant I was tempted. Had a quick walk round and went back and bought it, this was mainly due to the service and advice from Hannah L. Had a problem with a watch, I took it back for the third time and it seemed to be a problem for the staff to give a refund it's not there fault it's Beaverbrooks policy which I think is poor they did want give me a credit note for something else in the store but I refused and got my money put back onto my card, but we no Beaverbrooks have quality products it's just there policy of refunds, just take a good hard look at your self's after all it was only a watch and not the crown jewels that's why I've given 3*
