S. G.My boyfriend purchased a necklace for me from boodles a few years ago. After taking it off a few times I had managed to get a few knots in the chain and I was worried about taking it somewhere else. I went into Boodles and they got the knots out and gave it a good clean free of charge and my necklace is like brand new! Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff and they even said I can pop in whenever I want and have it re cleaned free of charge. Customer service is second to none and I would happily recommend to everyone.
