Visited Liverpool one branch for first time after speaking to a Lovely lady called Angela on phone she quickly confirmed the watch i was after was in stock, and booked me in that afternoon, the staff was immaculate and professional the xmas decorations and the tree was something i would expect to see in a grand hotel. I was dealt with like royalty, Angela very knowledgeable and even had me escorted to my car by a very smartly dressed doorman i think his name was Jermain with a nothing to much to help attitude and helped me find my car and pay my ticket which made my first visit to Liverpool one a great experience from start to finish. ,edit one year later, visited David m robinson again today and had the same wonderful experience with a gentleman called Michael who dealt with my request very professionally and left me feeling very privileged to once again get a great timepiece.

I recently purchased a watch from DMR as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. I chose DMR mainly due to the gentleman dealing with my enquiry - Michael Allen. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain every detail about my chosen purchase, there was no pressure at all and I felt completely at ease. I completed the purchase and Michael gift wrapped the watch for me. We arranged for me to come back with my wife to have the strap adjusted on the morning of her birthday. When we returned we were met by Michael and taken to an upstairs lounge were we were seated and served with champagne while the adjustments were made to the watch. As we were leaving Michael presented my wife with a bouquet of flowers which was a lovely touch and my wife was delighted. I would recommend DMR to anyone and will certainly return for any future purchases.

Visited this shop on the 31st July without an appointment and was dealt with extremely professionally by the gentleman on the door, I wanted the strap changing on my watch,which was purchased from them ,he inquired inside I dropped my watch off and collected it 1hr later with the new strap fitted.The service I have received is always excellent even when they are very busy

Always made to feel extremely welcome the minute I step into the Liverpool DMR showroom, by all members of staff, from the doorman to Alisha, the manager. Every visit is made extra special by Angela, who I first met in the Chester branch. Over the years my visits to David Robinson, Angela has always gone the extra mile to make me feel a valued customer, with her excellent, friendly customer service, nothing is ever too much trouble to her. A glass of "bubbles" or two is an extra treat and I've had many enjoyable invites to David Robinson events. Difficult to add anything that has not been already said previously. Visited the Liverpool branch a number of times and found the quality and choice of watches and jewellery to be of a high standard. However the biggest asset is the staff. They offer an exemplary level of customer care and it is clear this runs right through the store. My own personal dealings have been with both Alicia and Neil (Mr Omega). Such genuinely welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. They went out there way to make the whole experience totally enjoyable and special with a few nice little touches here and there. In 1988 my then fiancee and I wanted to purchase our wedding rings from the best jeweller in Liverpool. This, even back then, was David M Robinson. Although we were a young couple we were treated like kings with fantastic customer service which made us feel really special. Now fast forward after 31 years of marriage I needed my wedding ring re-sized. Since I have hardly ever removed it in all those years the wedding ring had suffered some serious wear and tear. As soon as you enter the showroom you are made to feel welcome. It is immaculate as are the staff. I was shown to a seat and offered refreshments. I was then introduced to Julia, the Assistant Manager no less. All I can say is Julia was amazing! So nice and friendly. The service was unhurried and very relaxed and Julia explained in full the different ways and amount of time it would take to get my wedding ring sorted out. It was obvious from the start that she understood just how important getting my wedding ring fixed was to me. A short time later I was emailed to say the ring was ready for collection. Again I received fantastic customer service and my wedding ring fitted perfectly and it looked absolutely brand new! In summary I could not recommend David M Robinson more highly. If you want the best customer service there is and the most friendly and professional people to deal with then you should choose David M Robinson.

We visited a week or two ago to choose a watch for our daughter's birthday and Alisha and the team were so helpful we were convinced to order and purchase the watch from this store despite it being available immediately elsewhere. We came back today to complete the purchase and collect the watch and Julia served us, what a lovely lady! We weren't spending a great deal in the grand scheme of things but she made us feel so welcome, she was really friendly and her customer service was second to none - what an asset to the business. Julia gift wrapped the watch for us - it looked beautiful, she also took the time and trouble to ensure it was protected from the awful weather. The same watch was available immediately at other stores in Liverpool and over the internet - but I am so glad we chose David M Robinson, we walked out and both commented on what a wonderful experience it had been! I recently visited the store to discuss watches I liked, to treat myself too and also tips on an eternity ring for an upcoming wedding anniversary. It was a warm day and I was in very casual shorts and T-shirt with a cap on. I had just been snubbed by 2 other local jewellers and not even approached. Not at DMR though, First a security chap opened the door with a smile and several lovely staff all with a smile could not wait to help me. I was made to feel really welcome and offered a coffee and a comfortable seat in a stunning looking showroom. A really nice guy by the name of Alex was really helpful and a proper gent. I never once felt out of place because I was dressed casually. Needless to say I have purchased a stunning hopscotch diamond ring and also ordered a watch. I don't think I would now go anywhere else. A great experience with lovely staff and a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you Alex and DMR, I know my wife will love this ring and will make my day very special. What a fantastic company. It was the patient, informative and, above all else, friendly service that sets this Robinson store apart from the rest. The range of high quality products available is also excellent. What an experience, Dmr jewellers in Liverpool . I wanted a really nice watch for my partners 40th birthday , something that was special. And I certainly got it.From the moment that I walked through the door I was greeted by happy, lovely staff there. Neil was introduced to myself , and talked me through the whole experience taking into account my budget and my options for what I wanted in a watch. His experience and expertise, really helped me get the one I wanted. I felt totally at ease with him, and he didn’t try to sell me anything over my budget, which is rare these days!!!. After choosing the watch Neil suggested getting it engraved, also as a surprise, an engraved plaque in the window with a display . This was amazing service going above and beyond my expectations. On my partners birthday we went to Dmr jewellers, and had a look in the display window , it was the best surprise ever!!! my partner was so happy and shocked ,and so was I even though I knew all about it. What an amazing experience again. There are jewellers and then there is David M Robinson. I have been buying from DMR for 16 years now and the whole experience from choosing to picking up your item is outstanding. My son picked up a new Rolex today and was over the moon with the way Alex looked after him. He was made to feel welcomed and relaxed. I first attended DMR in Jun 2018, when I went to purchase a watch for my partners birthday, from the minute you walk through the door the all the staff were there to help. This is when I met Alex (Martin-Wright), Alex was so helpful, helping us with finding the watch we were after, getting my partner a glass of champagne and myself a beer whilst we waited, helping with removing links when trying the watches on, from start to finish the level of help and service was great and the best thing is it was nice and relaxed, no pushy sales chat that you sometimes get in places like this. The second time I attended was in December 2018, I had called Alex, (as I still had his card from the previous visit), before hand to let him know I was looking to pick an engagement ring, we arranged a day for me to go in and see him. Yet again from the minute I got there, the level of service and help was fantastic, Alex was very helpful when picking the right ring, size etc, I can’t thank him and the staff at DMR enough for making the experience as great and stress free as they did, we also received a boxed bottle of Champagne and a larger scented candle as an engagement gift, which was a nice surprise. I would more than recommend DMR and will be going back soon for our wedding rings.

I did think about it overnight, and next day returned to the store, this time with my son, so that he could give a second opinion. “Fancy Pants styling with Family Run Business delivery” I was extremely fortunate enough today (after a lengthy waiting list process) to pick up my eagerly awaited new watch. On arrival I instantly found the Jewelers to have all the glamour of any London Boutique yet non of the pomposity that usually goes hand in hand. We were then introduced to two extremely pleasant chaps who took us to a quiet area for the grand unveiling. Pav and James were the most enthusiastic watch officianados you are ever likely to meet. Their love and knowledge of all things watches was utterly contagious. I have never experienced anything near as welcoming at any of the larger high street stores or anything near as relaxed at any of the prementioned boutiques. A truly happy day regardless of the fact we were over 1 hour late for our next appointment. Chatting with these chaps you can quickly lose track of time.
