Excellent customer service, very polite and professional on the telephone as well as visiting in person in the store. Clare was very helpful as I needed to get my rings resized as they was all wrong after I ordered them of the internet. After visiting and enquiring with many established jewellers these guy's at F Hind was straight forward simple and helpful. I am very happy with my visit to the shop and am really looking forward for my rings to come back to me with the new sizes. I will update the pictures soon 😎😉👍

I had a very good experience with them. I purchased a jewellery box from them. The original box in the shop hard a mark on the top so they ordered a replacement for me. 3 days later I received a phone call to say it had arrived. Today I went to collect the perfect replacement. I am very pleased with the service from F. Hinds

Whilst on holiday, we were shopping for a decent pair of first earrings for my daughter. The assistant was extremely pleasant and helpful, and was well informed which made our final decision a lot easier to make. It’s a pity there isn’t a F. Hinds Jewellers in Jersey, but we will definitely be back in the future.

I called in to Hinds last Saturday morning to ask about ear piercing, as they weren't too busy I was able to get them done there and then. The young man who did the piercing could not have been nicer, he totally put me at ease. He did the piercing really quickly and pain free, under sterile conditions and he kept checking I was ok, telling me I could take a break if I wanted. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price, which depends on the choice of earrings, and there is a good selection. I was charged just under £18 for the white gold studs, the ear piercing and the after care solution were free. Amazing value. I was also given detailed after care instructions. I was very impressed with Hinds and based on my experience I would highly them.

Had my ears pierced. You choose and pay for the earrings depending on your budget then the piercing was free. The young man who did the piercing was great! Would certainly recommend them.

This shop has a good selection of white gold alongside other things. I have found a beautiful pendant for a very reasonable price, so pleased with it! The staff are friendly and helpful.

I ordered my item to be collected from the Liverpool store. Ordering was easy and I was informed when it was in, which was the date expected. I liked the system where I inly paid on collection, after I was happy with my order. The assistant was courteous and helpful.
