The gift shop is amazing. the staff are very helpful and friendly. There are many choices from small things to big things. The problem is that everyone wants to buy it because it's nice and cute, but what can you say, the money in your wallet doesn't allow it

Excellent store and possibly the best football store I've been to. Staff were really good and helped me to get the sizing I needed from their store room. Some items very reasonably priced but obviously some on the expensive side as well.

Great megastore, not a fan of premier league but I like this Liverpool official store, bright tidy store, staffs are nice, they have toiler inside on firsy floor, they have cafe which look directly to the stadium, price so so I think almost equal with other official store, non jersey shirt ranger fro £30 - £70, worth a visit even you are not a fan

Much larger and more choice than I imagined. It isn’t cheap merchandise but the clothing is a similar price to what you see from non-official websites. Take in the ground, statues and history whilst you’re at the stadium.

Excellent stocks of Liverpool FC memorabilia and souvenirs. Plenty to choose from, from low price souvenir to clothing like jerseys, hoodies, tees and boots. The store is large with 2 floors of shopping. Awesome place!! 😄😄😄 there is also a cafe on the 2nd floor for you to relax after shopping.

What a great club this is !!! Sitting in club shop cafe and security ask me to move my illegally parked bike from in front of the main stand for the TV camera's to come in. He then arranged a free coffee for me for my trouble ! Thank you

Great choice and well organised. One thing that spoilt it though. Our son wanted a size 4 football. I spoke to a large male shop assistant by the entrance door. He said the size 5 nike strike football we had looked at was worth £150 but were being sold for £25. He said that they had been used for training by the players hence the cheap price. In the end we purchased a size 4 football from the lfc shop at Liverpool One. On further online checks the same can be purchased for between £20-£25. Clearly the £25 is the standard price and not £150. The balls have not been used by the players either.

Lots of stuff to see and buy. The jerseys of course, the New Balance trainers, hoodies, windbreakers, kids clothings, souvenirs etc.. Theres a changing room so you can try on the clothes. There is also a playstation to play FIFA20 while you wait. There is a cafe in the second floor. And you cant print your shirts number and name markings on the second floor too. Some vintage jerseys are on the second floor too(The Carlsberg ones). The opening time is 9 am but the store closes early(I think it was around 4pm). The staff are very friendly and helpful if you need help or need to find something.

Visited as part of the Anfield Tour I’d booked for myself and my nephew and was well and truly blown away with how amazing the club store is. With it being near to the end of the current season, demand for the Home/Away and Third kits are in high demand but there was still plenty available for purchase as well as many other prices of memorabilia for any Liverpool fan! The staff are great too and very courteous with handling questions and are a real credit to the retail team. Myself and my nephew had personalised shirts done and both love them! Great shop, well laid out, lots of quality merchandise albeit expensive. Staff need to be more pro-active. Many of them standing around with nothing to do, but wouldn't engage with the customer unless the customer approached them! Too busy chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers who may need help! Why employ so many staff? For a match day, yes. But a quiet Monday? I counted at least 6 who did little in the half hour I was in the shop, and 2 who did nothing but talk to each other! Who's paying their wages? Supporters indirectly!

All you need as a Liverpool fan. All the kits and things we all need and love. They have all the badges, World, European and premier league. They can do your kit in any name and number in 10 to 20 mins so its quick. Enjoy it but need big pickets.

The LFC Official Club Store is heaven for a Liverpool supporter. It is very exciting to look at all the different products. I caught myself walking around with the biggest smile of excitement. My father brought an old Football kit and was able to get it stamped with his favorite players name and number. The upstairs floor had a section with old kits and pictures from different Liverpool legends.

As a longstanding supporter of over 50 years, who is accustomed to buying souvenirs of our many triumphs, I have to say I was very disappointed at the range and variety of merchandise on sale to celebrate the club's Champions League triumph earlier this year. Back in 2005 a whole range of items were on sale covering all our previous successes in this competition, t-shirts, polo shirts etc. However, there seemed a paucity of merchandise geared to this most recent triumph and what was on sale was ludicrously overpriced. Fortunately I am sufficiently endowed with enough cash to fund a back hooded top and a replica shirt with specific wording and numbering but many families may not be able to do so; I thought the pricing system could have been tailored to take this into consideration, and where was the DVD to tell the story of the campaign, as in 2005? Very disappointing, a radical review should be made of the whole merchandising process

Always a great place to go for anything LFC! When busy on match days you can go straight in if you speak to security on the door. No accessible toilets that I know of. A lift takes you to the first floor. Helpful staff and a dedicated low payment till for wheelchair jsers/disabled people.

Came all the way from Norway to watch last nights game against Leicester, and wanted to buy this years home jersey (standard tradition). It was only one stand to choose from (maybe 30 jerseys) and none of them were Medium size. They also had the CL patch, which we didn't want, and the staff said "thats all we have". My cousin also asked for last years home jersey, and one of the female workers replied "which color?". It was impossible to buy this years home jersey, which means I want to give 1 star, but since this was a one-time case and because I love the club with all my heart I give 5 stars! I just wanted you to know we were very disappointed with last nights selection.
