A.I went in to return a bangle that had broken on Christmas Day, didn't even get to wear it and because of lockdown had to wait nearly four months to replace. I was seen to by Louise (1327) who was amazing, really professional and polite with me. The shop was busy and with wearing masks it was hard to hear each other but we got there!
Louise done my exchange without any problems which was a bonus!
