Q.I visited the store on Saturday purchasing a couple of items dainty side cross necklace, dainty stack and earrings I did mention to the girl in store that during lockdown I had ordered off line delivery was so quick and the little note inside the packaging saying packed by was lovely.The girl who served me on sat was fabulous she was really helpful and chatty but not to over the top sometimes sales assistant can be to pushy but she was just really friendly i didn't catch her name and did look on the receipt so I could post on her a little thank you. She rang up and explained and they said just bring it down and they would sort it. True to their word a couple of weeks later it was ready for collection fixed and looking as good as new, we can’t recommend highly enough

My partner proposed to me almost two years ago after numerous hints and tags from their Instagram page. He received excellent service and professional advice and my ring was everything I had wished for and more. A couple of weeks ago my ring had to be repaired due to a silly accident. After a lot of panic I got in touch with them and they were so helpful, they told me not to worry and that they could help me with the repairs. When I got my ring back it was as good as new, shiny and sparkly. I honestly thought I had a brand new ring.
I cannot thank them enough for helping me with everything. I would be lost without them.

I made my first visit to this beautiful store in Liverpool today and can I just say it will not be my last. The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the minuet i walked in, nothing was to much. I needed a gift for my friend and the lovely lady (who's name i forgot to ask) helped me pick the most perfect necklace. I couldn't believe the quality for the price I paid, definalty my new go to for jewellery!! The smell of the shop was also amazing and I just loveee how they spray the tissue paper with their own scent, it really is the small touches. Overall my experience of this store was nothing sort of exceptional and it is a shame that some of these reviews are wishing to put people off. However they did not rush me when making a big decision about a necklace for £295, I wanted this to be the right decision as it is my fiancées 30th birthday, the girls said when I told them how happy I was that people jump on to complain and they have hundreds of happy customers (hence why queues are so big) quality is everything and even the way they wrap and present everything. (Even spraying beautiful scents) but lots don’t leave the good experience. So here we are credit where credits due this shop is amazing and I will for sure be back. First but not last visit. John
