M.My wife has had her rings cleaned, dipped and a stone replaced a couple of times and never had a problem, I walked in off the street a few weeks ago to enquire about silver soldering a piece of jewellery, the work was unexpectedly done on the spot and charged a surprising good price. Will definitely use this jewellers again.

w. w.I was really impressed with this professional and caring jewellers from a phone call I made before visiting the shop to the staff in the shop. I had rung another jewellers who was not interested or attentive. I was only getting a ring straightened and polished. I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and care given even though I was spending next to nothing. It said on the chitty "moderate prices" and I genuinely believe that they mean this. I came away happy and would definitely recommend and go back again.
P. B.I had a beautiful ring made from all my old jewellery. The old stuff had sentimental value but it was old fashioned & damaged. The staff helped me create a gorgeous piece of jewellery I could wear every day. They were helpful, knowledgeable and it was reasonably priced. I love it.

I have bought jewellery here and also had jewellery valued and their professionalism is first class. v. s.This is a long established jewellers that's probably one of the only shops in the vicinity to remain the same.Its a well respected and very well managed shop.Ive used it frequently over the years-last time for a new sports watch.The security aspect is well managed and the security member of staff let's customers enter and exit.Its fine to go in and browse and the staff are friendly and with expert advice.
