A wonderful experience at Barclays diamonds. Myself and my partner went to the store to buy our wedding rings. We were made to feel welcome and guided to what we may like, given lots of options. Even though the store was closing they over run to allow us to take our time and be happy with our purchase. Great experience and value for money with trust worthy helpful employees. Extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend

Was in this shop looking for a new watch, kirsty was helping me choose one I really liked, giving great advice and knowledge of the watch, Helen the manager came over to help aswell as I was still confused, the two of them sealed the deal with there advice and professional attitude. Got a fantastic longines of which I love. Kirsty adjusted the bracelet to my liking and did all the paperwork, perfect . Thanks to kirsty and Helen, will definitely call in when in the area again. Popped in here a few days ago looking for an eternity ring. The staff were very approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Brett helped with my choice and making me feel at ease and special, even although it was not a big purchase. The manager(Helen) helped with my choice and agreed to up-size my wedding band free of charge. Really delighted with my experience, will be going there for future purchases and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery for themselves or as gifts. Well done, great example of customer service at its best.

Helen (the manager) gave me some fantastic advice for dealing with the insurance claim when I lost a stone from my engagement ring and insisted I go back more often to get it cleaned for free. Excellent service and a beautiful ring that has made me smile every day for the past 8 years. It gets so many compliments too as it’s so unique 💕

My mum and I visited this shop yesterday to look for a piece of jewellery to mark what would have been her 66th wedding anniversary to my wonderful dad who passed away 2 years ago. As soon as we entered the shop the service was outstanding, we were offered to take a seat and asked if we would like something to drink. Mia was so attentive and spent a lot of time happily bringing jewellery to try, giving advice and chatting generally about choices she really put us totally at ease with no pressure to buy. As mum went to pay Helen came over ti ask if we got what we were looking for and how the service had been, it really made us feel as if we were lifelong valued customers, such a refreshing quality that is sadly lacking in other jewellery shops. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next visit, thank you so much.

We bought our wedding rings from here and had to pop back in as my husbands ended up being too big by the time we got married. From our initial appointment to getting the new ring back the ladies in the shop have been so warm and welcoming. They cannot do enough for you. The manager of the shop knew us as soon as we went in to collect down to the ring we were picking up. If that isn't perfect customer service then I don't know what is. Given the amount of people they see In a day. If youre looking for jewellery or a little gift for someone definitely go to this shop 😊

I bought a watch here for my wife but it was much more than simply buying a watch I could have done that in a number of stores, in fact, I left one store because the staff were too pushy The opposite was true when I entered the store. The team got the balance just right of allowing me to look but letting me know they were there When I did want to look at watches in more detail, I was offered refreshments and the team were incredible with my daughter They were personable with my family and I, knowledge in their approach, you could tell they had a great chemistry as a team and I will return to them in the future due to all of the above Thank you!

My partner and I attended at this store in search of a wedding band, however due to lockdown we had only a short amount of time to purchase this before the ceremony a week later. The staff were so amazing and accomodating, showing all the options available. They were patient and allowed my partner to try on lots of different styles until he found the right one. We thankfully made a purchase and thanks to the store, they ensured the ring was delivered within a matter of days and in time for the wedding. Unfortunately, after the ceremony, we decided the ring was slightly too big so returned and were provided fantastic service yet again. I cannot single our any member of staff as all involved were helpful and tried their best to find the best option with us. The manager remained in contact when the ring was being resized. Very impressed with the service from start to finish and will definitely use again in the future.

We wanted to buy my mum a diamond necklace for her birthday and I have always had a lovely experience in Barclays but todays service was truly outstanding. Ann served us and she could not have been kinder. She showed a genuine interest and wanted to help find the right necklace. There was no pushy sales and she really wanted to help. Once in the store the whole team were so lovely. The store manager was exceptional too, nothing was too much trouble and she was so patient and welcoming with us. There are a lot of jewellers in the shopping centre but this one is by far the best. You are made to feel so welcome and the ladies all take the time to chat to you and make you feel very well treated. Buying a big gift is special and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else as I've never had such a lovely experience in any other jeweller. In a time where everything is so uncertain, I really hope the amazing staff are recognised for their amazing customer service.

After going to Barclays Dimonds on Wednesday and purchasing a nice Hugo boss watch at a brilliant price I the want back on Thursday due to the brilliant range and the lovely staff, when I went in yesterday the staff were just as nice as the day before and after talking about the limited edition oris watch I ended up purchasing it and the staff made sure I knew everything about it, and they sorted everything out for me.
